Shipping policy
Availability, Delivery & Collection
The Products ordered by you can only be delivered to the shipping address provided by you to us, or collected by you from our Bakery address.
You will select your chosen delivery date before checkout and we will inform you of a rough time for delivery on this day. By selecting your chosen delivery date this is seen as a request and if for whatever reason we can no longer deliver to you on this date we will be in touch to rearrange delivery. We aim to deliver within the window but due to a range of circumstances this is sometimes not achievable and we will be in touch to let you know of an updated time. We will not be held responsibly for external delays.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to collect your order we will retain your ordered Products for collection by you for 48 hours or upon request subject to delivery availability we will be able to deliver on our next delivery slot. Products kept will be kept in their original packaging and will not be changed for fresher products.
If for any reason no one is present to receive delivery of the Products at the delivery address you have provided to us we will take the Products back and retain the same for 24 hours during which time you may contact us via 0131 515 4615 or orders@baldbaker.co.uk either arrange for collection or re delivery by us within 24 hours upon payment of a delivery charge of £4 by credit/debit card. Only if prior arrangement will we leave your order at your door or with a neighbour. This can be done using the note section at time of ordering or contacting us via email or social media.
In order for us to hand over the ordered Products upon collection, the recipient must provide to us the valid Order Confirmation number.
Free Delivery Promotion Terms and Conditions
Free standard delivery available on all orders over £40. The final basket value must be above £40 after any promotions or discounts have been applied to be eligible for delivery. All other deliveries cost £4
Delivery is available only within our delivery radius which is Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian. Postcodes we currently deliver to are EH1-EH20,
Deliveries are Tuesdays to Saturdays and during busy periods such as Christmas we deliver on additional days.
